Didier Drogba is determined to win the Champions League with Chelsea after extending his contract with the club until 2012.

The striker, 31, said: "I really want to achieve something big and make history with this club. I want to do something quickly.

"My No1 objective is to win the Champions League. I am convinced that this year we can go to the end and finally lift this trophy."
