Standard Sport assesses the individual performances from Chelsea’s 3-2 win over Hull City at the KC Stadium.

Chelsea's six point lead over Manchester City at the top of the Premier League remains intact and Jose Mourinho's men have a game in hand.

The game started perfectly for the Blues when Eden Hazard drove from midfield after receiving Diego Costa’s pass and unleashed a left-footed effort that left Allan McGregor well beaten.

Chelsea’s lead was doubled seven minutes later when Costa accepted a delicate pass from Cesc Fabregas before curling his shot beyond McGregor.

It looked as though Chelsea would go on and cruise to victory after that but Steve Bruce’s Hull had other ideas.

They got back into the game on 26 minutes when Andrew Robertson darted down the left wing before playing a perfectly weighted cross which Ahmed Elmohamady stabbed home at Thibaut Courtois’s far post.

Two minutes later Hull were level after Courtois’s heavy touch presented Abel Hernandez with an easy opportunity to score.

Loic Remy made sure the Chelsea fans wouldn’t be leaving Humberside disappointed though when his shot trickled underneath McGregor to seal all three points.
