Manchester United midfielder Daley Blind's girlfriend, Candy-Rae Fleur, does not want to be referred to as a 'WAG.'
Although the stereotypical tag, which rose to prominence during England's 2006 World Cup campaign, is embraced by many footballers' other halves, the professional dancer and model is not amongst their number.
Instead, the Dutchwoman has chosen a unique way to refer to the 25-year-old Netherlands international: “I am not a WAG, I don’t feel like a player’s girlfriend.
"It is the other way round! He is a dancer’s man!"

Fleur added: “At United every wife or girlfriend will get photographed wherever you go.
"When we were at Ajax and we all went out, there was never a photographer around.
“I love fashion, but I won’t go all dolled up to matches. I just make sure I wear something red and my big red United scarf.”
However, although the troop of wives and girlfriends at Old Trafford are never too far from the spotlight, Fleur cherishes the fact that she can keep a relatively low profile in England.
“I love it that people don’t know who I am. They don’t know I’m Daley Blind’s girlfriend.
"I like to keep it like that,” she insisted.
