Jose Mourinho has overseen his first training session as Tottenham's new head coach.
Mourinho put his new squad through their paces at Hotspur Way on Wednesday morning following the shock sacking of Mauricio Pochettino on Tuesday evening.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy moved quickly to secure Mourinho's signature, with the former Chelsea and Manchester United manager signing a contract until the end of the 2022/23 season less than 12 hours after Pochettino's departure had been confirmed.
Tottenham players arrived at the club's training ground on Wednesday afternoon with Mourinho having already been pictured proudly holding a Spurs home shirt aloft, and 'The Special One' then oversaw training as he prepares for his first test - a London derby trip to West Ham in Saturday's early kick-off.
Mourinho has some big problems to solve at Tottenham, with Spurs currently sitting 14th in the Premier League table following an alarming start to the season.
Pochettino led Spurs to the Champions League Final last term, but Levy decided that the Argentine was not the man to turn things around at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
