Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has spoken out about reports linking him with the Manchester United job.

Mourinho has been out of a job since being sacked by the Blues just before Christmas following a dismal Premier League title defence.

The 53-year-old oversaw nine defeats in 16 top flight matches before Roman Abramovich weilded the axe and is now set on taking the reins at Old Trafford.

It remains unclear if United will this summer opt to stick with Louis van Gaal, who has an outside chance of securing a top-four finish and 12 months to run on his current deal.

And Mourinho responded brilliantly when questioned about the Old Trafford job after watching his Fifa Legends side lose 9-8 to Mexico All-Stars on Friday.

Asked if he was looking to go to United, the Portguese boss said: "No, no, I’m looking to go to the hotel, have a nice dinner and enjoy the night with my guys.

"Look, I’m looking for a new job, I lose the game here today, probably I’ll have no club."
