Liverpool have been boosted ahead of Saturday's Merseyside derby against table-toppers Everton by the return of key duo Thiago Alcantara and Sadio Mane.
Both players were pictured training at Melwood on Tuesday after completing their respective periods of self-isolation following positive tests for Covid-19.
Summer signing Thiago made an impressive debut after coming on as a half-time substitute during the 2-0 Premier League win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last month, but subsequently missed the double-header against Arsenal and the shock 7-2 thrashing by Aston Villa after news of his positive test.
Mane later tested positive after netting both goals against Chelsea and also scoring in the 3-1 top-flight win over Arsenal on September 28.
Neither player was subsequently selected for international duty, though they are available for Saturday's trip to Goodison Park.
Joining Thiago and Mane back at Melwood on Tuesday was defender Joel Matip, who has missed the last five matches through injury after appearing as a late substitute in the 4-3 win over newly-promoted Leeds on opening day.
However, Liverpool will be without Alisson Becker against Everton as the Brazilian goalkeeper recovers from a shoulder injury.
Left-back Kostas Tsimikas has also been nursing a knee problem, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee) is a long-term absentee.
Allan, Andre Gomes and Seamus Coleman are all expected to return for in-form Everton this weekend, though Colombian defender Yerry Mina will require assessment on a knock picked up on international duty.
