Liverpool can already look forward to planning their Premier League title celebrations, according to Harry Redknapp.
The Reds have enjoyed a fine start to the season with eight wins from eight matches and are currently on a 17-game winning streak in the league - one short of Manchester City's record.
Champions Man City, meanwhile, have endured a rocky start to the campaign with shock defeats against Norwich City and Wolves and trail the Merseyside outfit by eight points already.
And former Tottenham and West Ham boss Redknapp is so confident Jurgen Klopp's side are going to clinch their first league title in 30 years, they should be handed the title now.

"Liverpool (will be champions). Give them the trophy now. Absolutely, I'm so sure they will win it now. They are eight points clear and playing well.
"If Manchester City were playing great then maybe not, but they have lost two games. They have lost to Wolves at home which everyone thought was an absolute certainty and they got beat at Norwich. Norwich recently got beat 5-1 by Aston Villa at home.
"So they have lost two games that they usually wouldn't. They haven't even played the tough games yet, they have got them to come. I can't see Man City doing it this year."
Pep Guardiola has won every domestic trophy since arriving at the Etihad Stadium in 2016 but is yet to taste success in Europe with the club.
Redknapp believes the Catalan would prefer to take home the Champions League title this year rather than scrap it out for a third successive league title.
"I think if they are going to win anything this year, it will be the Champions League," Redknapp added.
"This is their year. They want to win that.
"Liverpool will want to win the Premier League, they've won the Champions League. Now they want to win the league. And I think that is what we will see this year."
