Amid the ongoing concerns over The Den and the pressures of a tight push for the play-offs in League One, Millwall have added another Premier League scalp to a remarkable FA Cup run.

Despite Jake Cooper's red card, the defender shown a second yellow after a needless challenge on Ahmed Musa, the Lions roared back with intent and defender Shaun Cummings found himself up the wrong end of the pitch at the right time to hold off Ben Chilwell and slot home the winner in the final minute.

First Bournemouth, then Watford and now Premier League champions Leicester City. With Lincoln City making the biggest headlines for their elimination of Burnley, the rampant Lions are quietly making waves of their own.

The Lions caused another massive FA Cup upset with a 90th-minute winner from right-back Shaun Cummings to knock out English champions Leicester City.

Millwall have now beaten three Premier League teams - Bournemouth, Watford and Leicester - in the FA Cup this season.

Foxes frontman Shinji Okazaki, often the subject of questions over his lack of involvement his season, managed just two shots on target including the vistors' best chance. The Lions defence were more than a match for their top-tier opponents once again.

This was a famous day for Millwall

There was a huge pitch invasion after the game and it was a great day down in this corner of south London.

Millwall, who played most of the second half with 10 men after defender Jake Cooper was sent off on 52 minutes, can now look forward to an FA Cup quarter-final.

The last time Millwall reached the last eight was their semi-final loss to Wigan Atletic in 2013.

The Den was sold out for the visit of the Premier League champions and 18,000 Millwall roared their team to a famous win.

The place was rocking all afternoon and there cannot be too many places around as loud as this when it is like this.

Pressure is building on Claudio Ranieri

Leicester continue to struggle and defeat against Millwall will put the spotlight Ranieri, who made 10 changes.

Ranieri has been backed by the Leicester hierarchy but this result will turn up the pressure on the Italian.

Up next for the Foxes? Sevilla in the Champions League.

The FA will have to look into the scenes after the final whistle

Millwall fans ran onto the pitch and police had to separate them from the Leicester supporters.

Missiles were thrown from both sets of fans and some Millwall supporters were swinging on the crossbar.

But the ugly scenes should not overshadow what was a great result.
