Fresh pictures have emerged on social media of Tottenham’s new home shirt for the 2020-21 season.

The ‘leaked’ image posted on Twitter by @Lilywhite_Rose shows Spurs’ home jersey with the kit to be supplied once again by Nike. Main sponsor AIA are to feature on the front until at least 2027 after recently renewing their deal.

While in traditional Tottenham white, a silver pattern across the front of the jersey hasn’t agreed with everyone.

While one user praised the design for ‘going against the grain’, another described it as ‘diabolical’ with another suggesting it looks ‘like it’s been put in with the dark wash.’

Another noted: “Pretty horrible but we tend to have good seasons in horrible shirts.” Cause for optimism, then?

Spurs are yet to confirm any new kits for next season given the small matter of the current campaign edging closer to its return. Jose Mourinho's side will pick up their campaign against Manchester United on 19-22 June.
