Neymar responded to abuse from Paris Saint-Germain fans with a stunning last-minute bicycle-kick winner for the French champions as they left it late to beat Strasbourg.

Some fans whistled and made offensive hand gestures when Neymar - who failed to seal a summer return to Barcelona - ran out onto at Parc des Princes for the pre-match warm-up on Saturday.

Then, when Neymar's name was read out over the loudspeaker as the teams were announced, PSG's ultras jeered loudly.

His first few touches of the ball were also met with loud jeers, while PSG fans held up unsavoury banners during the match criticising the forward.

However, the Brazil forward had the last say as he found the back of the net with a acrobatic bicycle kick two minutes into stoppage time, drawing mostly applause but a few boos from the crowd.

Neymar had angered PSG fans with his public desire to rejoin Barcelona this summer.

The forward, who scored for Brazil last week, sat out four Ligue 1 games as he tried to move back but talks broke down.

PSG lead the standings with 12 points from five games ahead of their Champions League match against Real Madrid on Wednesday, for which Neymar will be suspended.

The result left Strasbourg in 18th place on three points.
