Mauricio Pochettino has made seven changes to his Tottenham side that beat Colchester at the weekend as he brings in the likes of Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose, Dele Alli and Heung-min Son for the club's Premier League clash with Norwich City while keeping Kevin Wimmer in defence.

The Argentine has reverted back to a first-choice line-up for the game at Carrow Road on Tuesday night, and has decided to pair up Wimmer with Alderweireld in central defence as Jan Vertonghen remains out for the next two months through injury.

Kyle Walker and Danny Rose also come into the Spurs side in the full-back positions while Eric Dier is pushed further up field alongside Mousa Dembele.

Pochettino has also decided to start Alli with Christian Eriksen, Son and Harry Kane taking up the rest of the attacking positions. Hugo Lloris replaces Michel Vorm in goal.

Meanwhile, Norwich boss Alex Neill has handed new signing Timm Klose a starting spot in his team following the Canaries' poor record at the back in recent weeks.

Tottenham XI to face Norwich: Lloris (c), Walker, Alderweireld, Wimmer, Rose; Dembele, Dier; Alli, Eriksen, Son; Kane.

Norwich XI to face Tottenham: Rudd; Pinto, Klose, Bassong, Olsson; Howson, Mulumbu, Tettey (c), Jarvis; Naismith; Mbokani.
