Tim Sherwood named an unchanged line-up as Tottenham looked to return to winning ways against Crystal Palace at White Hart Lane.

Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor started up front meaning Jermain Defoe, who will join Toronto FC at the end of next month, had to settle for a place on the bench.

Former Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh lined up for Palace, who made four changes from the team that beat West Brom in the FA Cup last week.

Tottenham : Lloris, Walker, Dawson, Chiriches, Rose, Lennon, Bentaleb, Dembele, Eriksen, Adebayor, Soldado. Subs: Holtby, Capoue, Naughton, Defoe, Chadli, Friedel, Fryers.

Crystal Palace: Speroni, Mariappa, Gabbidon, Delaney, Parr, Bolasie, Ward, Jedinak, Puncheon, Jerome, Chamakh. Subs: O'Keefe, Gayle, Williams, Moxey, Guedioura, Price, Bannan.
