Tottenham XI vs Fulham: Romero in - Starting lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest for Premier League

Tottenham make changes to their starting lineup for today’s all-London Premier League tussle with Fulham.

Cristian Romero and Rodrigo Bentancur return to the side after missing the midweek draw at West Ham through injury, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg continues in midfield despite picking up a knock in Stratford.

Ben Davies also drops out, with Clement Lenglet making his full debut, while Ryan Sessegnon comes in at wing-back for Ivan Perisic.

With the start of their Champions League campaign looming, Antonio Conte’s biggest decision was whether to continue with the out-of-form Heung-min Son or try to play his forward into some form against the newly-promoted side.

Summer signing Richarlison has earned a start with a series of lively displays from the bench, but it is Dejan Kulusevski who makes way.

Tottenham starting XI (3-4-3): Lloris; Romero, Dier, Lenglet; Royal, Bissouma, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Richarlison, Kane, Son.
