Watch: Premier League goalkeepers star in alternative penalty shoot-out

Standard Sport2 March 2014

The walking dead turned up to give two Premier League goalkeepers a dreaded penalty shoot-out like no other.

To celebrate the launch of Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, Norwich City’s John Ruddy and Stoke City’s Asmir Begovic took it in turns to protect the undead from a trigger happy peashooter in the Plants vs. Goalies challenge.

Ten Penalties later and Begovic prevailed 3-2, keeping his Zombie safe from the shrubbery’s assaults.

A third-person shooter and tower defense game from the popular mobile series Plants vs. Zombies, Garden Warfare hits shops on February 27.
