Fulham will end slump, vows Jimmy

13 April 2012

Jimmy Bullard is staying calm despite a run of three defeats that leaves Fulham one place above the Premier League relegation zone.

Fulham host Sunderland tomorrow with Bullard confident a turn-around is imminent.

"We're not panicking," said the midfielder. "We've got a lot of good players so must keep playing our game and believe the results will come, which they will.

"We have been playing well. After wins against Arsenal and Bolton we were flying. We played well in the next three games, better than the teams we were playing against perhaps, but not got the results. We must put that right against Sunderland."

Andy Johnson, back from suspension, is set to partner Bobby Zamora in attack. Bullard said: "Andy and Bobby look very handy together."
