Henry back for Gunners

12 April 2012

Thierry Henry will return to the Arsenal squad for Wednesday's Barclays Premiership clash with Fulham at Craven Cottage.

The Gunners captain missed the defeat at Bolton with a neck problem.

Robin van Persie is available again following a one-match suspension, and so could come in for Emmanuel Adebayor, who lead the line on Saturday.

Czech midfielder Tomas Rosicky returns following his injury lay-off with a hamstring problem, but Brazilian Julio Baptista will be rested.

Defender William Gallas (thigh) is still not yet match fit, although is on course for a swift recovery.

"He will be short for Saturday, but he has a good chance for Porto on Wednesday," said manager Arsene Wenger on Tuesday afternoon.

Abou Diaby (ankle) and Lauren (knee) are longer-term absentees, but should return early next year.
