Ivanovic is on his way, says agent

13 April 2012

Branislav Ivanovic is set to join AC Milan, claims the Chelsea defender's agent.

Ivanovic has yet to play for the Blues since joining from Lokomotiv Moscow for £10million in January.

Chelsea are apparently reluctant to let Ivanovic go but his agent, Vlado Borozan, believes they are set to agree a deal for the 24-year-old.

Whether that transfer will be permanent or a loan remains unclear, but Borozan said the Serbia international had set his heart on a move.

"Branislav chose Milan and he told that to the club, and for that reason he will probably wear the Rossoneri shirt this season," he said. "The deal will be done because no one will keep an unhappy player."
