Kirkland in Wolves warning

13 April 2012

Liverpool keeper Chris Kirkland says his team must beat Wolves to have any chance of reaching the Champions League.

His side travel to Molineux tomorrow, then play Bolton and Manchester City.

Kirkland said: "If we pick up nine points over these next three games then things will look a lot brighter.

"The Wolves game is one we can't afford to lose."

Salif Diao is out for three weeks after damaging ankle ligaments and joins Michael Owen, Harry Kewell and Milan Baros on the sidelines.
