Andy Murray’s worry for the French Open

Andy Murray has no idea if his back problem will have healed by the time the French Open starts at Roland Garros on May 27.

Murray, who was beaten by Richard Gasquet at the Italian Open yesterday, said: “I’ve had it since December but I haven’t had a chance to take a pause.

“I’ve tried not to make it any worse but the muscles get tired. Hopefully when the French Open comes, the goal is to be in peak condition.”
