The Indianapolis Colts and the Jacksonville Jaguars travel to the United Kingdom with losing records ahead of the Week Four clash.

The Jags (0-3) have not won in 2016 and return to Wembley for the fourth straight year hoping to recapture the spirit which helped them past the Dallas Cowboys at the same venue last November.

The Colts (1-2) will be hoping to string together successive wins after victory over the San Diego Chargers at Lucas Oil Stadium in Week Three and kick-start a push towards the play-offs.

Defeat for either team, meanwhile, will leave their respective post-season hopes looking bleak just a quarter of the way into the current campaign.

But what is there to know ahead of the game?
