Peacock returns for QPR

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Gavin Peacock makes an emotional return to the team at Chesterfield tomorrow.

Peacock thought he would never play for Rangers again after agreeing a three-month loan spell at Charlton with a view to a permanent deal. But injuries ruined his chance at The Valley.

He said: "I'm not feeling down about it, in fact I'm looking forward to the game.

"QPR have always been special to me and I suppose you could say it's almost like my home. I've been here for nine years in three different spells now."
