Punter named in race-fixing scare

Fears of criminal race fixing grew today after the Racing Post revealed Brighton punter John McCracken as a central figure in the cases of Red Lancer, Tollbrae and Ice Saint, who were backed to lose in low-grade races last winter. McCracken is reported to have links with fugitive drugs baron Brian Wright.
