Robinho's dream Chelsea move 'broken'

Robinho no longer has any chance of joining Chelsea due to Real Madrid's refusal to even discuss a possible deal, according to the Brazilian's advisor.

The Blues have been chasing the 24-year-old for most of the summer following their appointment of his countryman Luiz Felipe Scolari and Talks between the two club are believed to have taken place, but Robinho's representative Wagner Ribeiro insists the door has now been closed on the deal by the Bernabeu hierarchy.

"The dream of Chelsea is broken because Real Madrid will not even negotiate. It is impossible to advance any conversation," he told the Daily Star. "Next summer we will sort out the situation if people can show some sense."
