Standard Sport assesses the individual performances from England's Six Nations opener against Wales at the Millennium Stadium.
Stuart Lancaster's side made a storming second half fight-back to overhaul Wales' 16-8 lead in Cardiff, to take the opening match of this year's Six Nations.
Full-blooded and energised by a buoyant home crowd, Wales stormed into an early lead when Leigh Halfpenny struck home with a penalty in the opening moment of the game.
Their lead was quickly extended when Rhys Webb scored the first try of the match, and Warren Gatland's men seemed building a let that, supported by home momentum, would see them across the line.
But Lancaster's England had over ideas.
First, Anthony Watson replied for visitors, before Jonathan Joseph scored early in the second half. James Haskell had looked set to score another, but collided with the post, only for the referee to award England a penalty which George Ford coolly converted to hand England the lead for the first time in the match.
