Tigers keep Chambers waiting for his debut
Dwain Chambers has finally got his hands on a rugby ball, only to discover his Super League debut for Castleford has been put on hold for at least another week.
Tigers coach Terry Matterson said on Monday that he might have to play sprint champion Chambers in Sunday's game against St Helens because of his club's injury crisis.

But after watching the drug cheat train, Matterson said: 'He's not playing on Sunday. You can't put someone in who is not prepared physically and mentally.
'I think it would be dangerous, to be honest, and I don't think he or the club can afford to take the risk. His safety is important.
'It will be interesting to see him in a contact session but that will probably come next week and we have to make sure we get a gum shield and headgear for him.'
Wakefield Trinity Wildcats captain Jason Demetriou will miss the rest of the Super League season with a serious neck injury.
Demetriou, 32, has been told by a specialist that he has a narrowing of the spinal cord which could lead to paralysis if he plays on without having surgery.
Trinity coach John Kear said: 'It is a massive blow to lose our leader and talisman but if anybody can overcome the setback Jason can.'
Hull FC have Peter Cusack and Ewan Dowes available for Friday's Yorkshire derby against Bradford Bulls. Prop Jamie Thackray will play his first home game since rejoining Hull from Leeds Rhinos.
Coach Peter Sharp hopes last weekend's battling performance against Catalans in Perpignan will kick-start a revival. Hull are second bottom at the moment.
Catalans, unbeaten in four, hope to keep the sequence going when they visit Huddersfield Giants on Friday.
