Mark Webber has been given a five-place grid penalty for today's Canadian Grand Prix due to a gearbox change for his Red Bull.

It means the championship leader will drop to seventh on the grid after qualifying on the front row yesterday behind pole man Lewis Hamilton in his McLaren.

Red Bull team-mate Sebastian Vettel now moves up alongside 25-year-old Briton, with Ferrari's Fernando Alonso starting third.

Reigning world champion Jenson Button starts fourth for McLaren, with Force India's Vitantonio Liuzzi fifth and Felipe Massa in his Ferrari sixth.
