West Brom have written to the Premier League asking for video reviews of penalty decisions following the controversy at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Visiting boss Steve Clarke was furious after Chelsea equalised with an injury-time penalty given when Ramires went down under a challenge from Steven Reid.

That was the last straw for West Brom with chairman Jeremy Peace writing to the Premier League and their match officials, claiming that was the fourth time this season a big decision has unfairly gone against his team.

One of those incidents was at Arsenal, where Peace claims his side should have had a penalty after Laurent Koscielny appeared to shove Shane Long in the back.

West Brom want their appeal for video technology to be debated at a Premier League shareholders’ meeting.
