Shane Lowry leapt up into the world's top 20 after his historic Open Championship win at Royal Portrush.
The Irishman, who three years ago lost a four shot final round lead to Dustin Johnson at the US Open, delivered on his home island to claim a first major title.
Brooks Koepka, who recorded his lowest finish in a major this season in a tie for fourth, remains at No1 in the world.
Tommy Fleetwood, who finished second to Lowry, climbed seven places.
